Robinwing

Behind the Name

Robinwing is a tortoiseshell and white she-cat. Choosing her prefix was easy. But her deciding her suffix was a much more difficult task. Robinwing is known for her quickness, both in action and in thought. She has great agility and speed, which grants her an advantage even if her foe is stronger. She is also a quick thinker, and is strategic. As an apprentice, these qualities shown through in Robinpaw's battle training. Her leader wanted to choose a name that rewarded Robinpaw's great fighting skills. But the suffixes '-thorn' or '-claw' seemed to put more emphasis on strength. That was not the skill the leader wanted to reflect Robinpaw. It was her swiftness and quick thinking that the leader wanted to show off to the clans. So, the suffix '-wing' was chosen to honor Robinwing's agility. 

Personality

Robinwing has a pretty short attention span. She loves learning and is curious about everything. She often gets in trouble for poking her nose in other cats' business, or holes she shouldn't be peering into. As Robinwing grew older and started to mature, she's tried to hone her self control skills to keep herself out of trouble. But, unfortunately, self control is probably never going to be one of Robinwing's strong suits. Robinwing is full of emotion. She definitely puts her full spectrum of emotion into good (but not really) use. A loyal friend and a skilled fighter, she is a great - albeit kind of annoying - asset to the clan.

Appearance

Robinwing is mostly tortoiseshell. She has white paws and some white on her chest. Just a tad bit smaller than average, Robinwing is lithe and slender. She has well muscled legs (not to the point of bulky) for jumping and running around. Her eyes are a light yellowish green color. She has a crescent moon shaped nick near the tip of her ear.

History

Here is where you will write of a brief history for your character. Try to keep it from being over dramatic or depressing. Really tragic back stories are very over done. Also, if an event would effect the entire clan then you shouldn't include it. All major events need to line up with the plot/history of the site. 

Robinwing had a pretty decent childhood. She grew up playing moss-ball with her loving father, Featherclaw. An only kit, she sometimes felt lonely. But her cheerful spirits weren't easily dampened. Robinwing never failed to find something to keep her busy; whether that was messing around in the medicine cat den, or exploring the Warrior's den. She was a ball of trouble, that one. When Robinwing was still an apprentice, her father died in a battle. Robinwing was able to say goodbye before he died, and was happy to know that he died satisfied with knowing he was protecting the cats and the clan he loved. He was her hero and she hopes to be as honorable of a warrior as he was.
