Personality

A bright and outgoing she-cat, Eaglestar maintains strong bonds with most of her clanmates, making it her mission to know each of them personally. Though friendly, she knows when to keep her distance and when to keep her nose out of other cats business. In front of the other leaders she is calm and collected, though her bright personality sometimes shines through when she speaks of her accomplishments and her clanmates.

Appearance

With brilliant gold eyes set into a wider shaped skull, Eglestar is larger than most cats in her Clan - genetics from two taller parents have given her long legs and a lean build though her thick coat would suggest otherwise. Her long haired coat is a darker brown with paler underbelly and muzzle adorned with streaks and stripes of dark charcoal. Her rather feathery tail was lost at a young age, and now she sports a fluffy stump at the end of her body though it is something most have grown accustomed to seeing. She doesn't have too many scars since the clans haven't fought much, but the ones she has are covered by the many layers of thick fur that cover her body. She has one clear scar on her left fore paw, though it looks more like a scratch than anything.

History

Born to the two largest cats in Windclan along with her sister Hawkwhisker, Eaglestar had a standard kithood: trying to escape the nursery, getting into trouble, causing a ruckus. Though, one day on sheer luck the two sisters managed to scamper away from the clan far enough from peering eyes - unfortunately there were peering eyes that belonged to a particularly nasty weasel. The larger beast, thinking it could get a quick snack, grabbed the fluffier kit by the tail and began hauling her off. Thankfully Hawkkit gave out a shrill scream as her sister was snatched up, and a few warriors rushed in to help. Eaglekit, by the end of the day, was tailless, and very shaken up, but other than that she was fine. The two were less adventurous after that.

Her apprenticing was standard, and while she was by no means the best hunter or fighter, she put a lot of devotion and dedication to every task given to her, thus earning the suffix -blaze, for a fiery personality and passion.

She apprenticed her first cat soon after receiving her warrior name, and was happy to train a bubbly little she-cat who would later be named Blackfang, for her innate hunting abilities - she impressed Eaglestar quite a bit and the two still maintain a pleasant friendship.

She was named deputy once the previous leader stepped down from severe old age and the new leader decided her passion and dedication to her clan would serve very useful. Unfortunately, the new leader, Amberstar, would not last very long due to some nasty sicknesses and a few run ins with a very nasty fox that left her crippled, losing lives faster than anyone thought possible. Finally, she too stepped down, giving up her last extra life to appoint Eagle as the new leader. Amberclaw now resides in the elders den, much to her dismay.
