Within a hole of the Owl-Tree lives a tawny owl and near its base is a rocky location brimming with adders, Chervil, and a mix of deadly creatures. The larger animals can be found in a den which changes its occupants occasionally. {Currently the den is abandoned.}

This is the common location for apprentices to learn how to climb. Other lessons may also take place here.

The Twoleg tree-eater roams this area and leaves in its wake a trail of filthy water and long gullies.
