Personality
A shadow dressed in red, Foxfang is a tom who always seems solemn and contemplative. Short, and to the point responses are his forte, and he is not afraid to speak the blunt truth. He is also slow to anger, and indeed it is hard to instigate any sort of reaction at all. Instead, this warrior would appear cold, and kept strictly to himself.
Those who know the tom well will find him gullible and easily manipulated. He deeply cares for all cats, and trusts others without much consideration for himself. Not the one to lie, he therefore does not expect others to do so as well. And when harm is done to him, Foxfang is slow to move beyond it. He is one that when his world is rocked he will loose himself instead of staying strong.
While his heart is big, time has taught him a thing or two. With age has come an assertive tendency and pride. And when faced with a tough decision he is quick to forego any personal attachment in order to make what would seem the right choice. Perhaps in conflict of his pride is this lack of self worth. He thinks himself weak, and a failure. Such deep rooted opinions are hard to shake. Indeed, Foxfang is rather thick headed when it comes to making any opinions or decisions. He will stick to his word to the very end, even if it has been proven wrong.

Appearance
Foxfang is cloaked in a dark ginger mackerel tabby pelt. The fur is short for the most part along his body but for his thicker tail (mimicking once more the appearance of a fox). Deep set green eyes rest beneath a strong brow upon his distinctly wedge-shaped head. This warrior's build leans towards the stocky side with his wide, prominent shoulders and large paws. While he is not constructed for speed he does have the advantage of strength. When it comes to height he a bit taller then the average ThunderClan cat. So far the only noticeable scar consists of two pale lines between his shoulders.
History
"Thistlefur was young when she met that tom on the border. She was too caught up in the mystery of it all, in the romance. What was more romantic then a forbidden romance with a handsome tom? The secret meetings in the night? The whispered words in the dark? It wasn't as if anything would ever come from their little dalliances. Oh, kits could happen. But really! It would never happen to them, right?
Wrong.
Thistlefur fell pregnant only a few moons after becoming a warrior. Gripped by panic, she met her ginger lover at the border to discuss what to do. Together, they made a plan. They could not betray their clans. Thistlefur would go back to her clan. She would not tell anyone the name of her lover. She would not give up the identity of the father of her kits. They would not meet again."
So, with a heavy heart, Foxfang returned to his camp alone.
Foxfang never stopped loving Thistlefur. For moons he has watched her at every occasion, and pined silently with deep sorrowful eyes. It was a slowly growing realization that led the tom to think he made the wrong decision. Now he has begun to desire to right the wrong of the past, but this means giving up on his current relationship. Whitetail could never fill the gap Thistlefur left behind, and though her gentle friendship and persisting good humor did lead towards happiness it never grew to love.
Rosepaw and Daisypaw are Foxfang's pride and joy. He was never able to be there for his ShadowClan kits, and so he deemed to make up for it by spoiling Rosepaw and Daisypaw rotten. Though he may not love their mother, he most certainly loves his kits. The warrior does fear, though, that if Whitetail and him were to separate then the girls would most certainly suffer. For this, and this alone, he stayed with the alabaster she-cat.
With his growing determination to fix the broken relationship between himself and Thistlefur comes an even stronger curiosity towards his ShadowClan kin. He does not know their names or faces, and has little idea of who they are. Would they hate him for remaining a secrete, or loath him for telling the truth one day? Would they be just as curious as he is to meet each other, or would they feel mistreated? These thoughts plague him without relief.
