Black- His glossy short-haired back coat. Step- He has a very long, proud, and powerful stride in his step.

Personality

BlackStep is a very proud tom, of his clan and of his family. Though is mean looking look, he is almost the sweetest cat you know if you are in ShadowClan. If he is with other clan cats he's quiet and polite except when they are threatening. BlackStep is very understanding, he would not touch a claw on a cat that is innocent or without his leaders say so. This tom is very loyal and be there for anyone who is in need of help..... if they deserve it. Though this tom seems indestructable, he has lots of weaknesses. His muscular build lacks in speed, so when attacked he has a very poor chance to chase after someone or defend himself against quick cats such as WindClan.

Appearance

Black is a well built tom, a regular ShadowClan feline. His dark black pelt helps him with hiding in the shadows also for ambushing.His eyes are a piercing green/grey and at night it seems like two glowing forest orbs are in the dark. BlackStep is 90% black. He has a white splotch on his chest that sticks out giving him is handsome looks. This big cat has huge jet black webbed feet to help him travel through the marsh and to have a pretty good chance at hitting his opponent in battle.

History

BackStep has a pretty simple history, short and simple. He was the biggest of his litter so that made him an eye for the leader. Though being big seems like a good thing, he actually felt left out because he would almost always win with scuffling with his brothers. Over time, when he was an apprentice, he learned that he could use his skills and body to help his clan at his best. FogPelt volunteered to be his mentor and he was all Black had at that time, except for his mother and siblings. As a warrior time seemed to fly and before he knew it he had an apprentice and was appointed deputy.

Role Play Sample

Two forest optics opened in the awakening dawn as the black tom awoke in the chilly warriors den. BlackStep rose to his immense black paws and looked around at all the sleeping ShadowClan cats, walking carefully over them. Making his way through the moss and lichen curtain that hung from the entrance of the den, the black feline padded in the clearing and sat in the middle of camp. Glacing at the grey, turning to cream sky and smiled to himself. Time to get to work.

BlackStep trotted over to the warriors den and poked his head through. "FrostWing, RowanFlight, MossClaw." he murmured softly. "Dawn patrol." he mewed simply as the three warriors awoke and nodded to him. Backing out, the deputy walked to the apprentices den and called TalonPaw and RainPaw. As the ShadowClan cats gathered around him to hear his directions, Back looked at each of them as he spoke. "FrostWing, RainPaw. You two can check the WindClan border. Try to get some prey while your at it, but I'll send a hunting patrol soon enough." the tom directed,pacing in front of the the two cats. "RowanFlight, MossClaw, and TalonPaw take a look at the ThunderClan border. I'm sending more of you because you never know what those cats are doing." he muttered and waved his tail to send them off. "Oh, and RowanFlight. Be careful out there, brother." he purred and licked his ear. As all five cats trotted away to their directed positions, BlackStep watched them for a few moments and then went to pick out the hunting patrol.
